doyapp (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") sets forth this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal and privacy information of users in the applications provided by the Developer (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

The Developer may collect the following information automatically or through manual input by the user when providing the App:

The Developer uses the collected information for the following purposes. By using the App, users agree to the use of information for these purposes:

  3. Access analysis, statistical data creation, game balance adjustments, and user behavior research/analysis
  4. Optimization and effectiveness measurement of in-app advertisements (including personalized ads), and ad delivery by third-party providers
  5. Notifications, PR, and marketing regarding new applications, new features, or updates
  6. Detection, investigation, prevention of unauthorized use, unauthorized access, or terms violations, and ensuring safety
  7. Compliance with laws, legal obligations, and requests from courts or administrative agencies

Article 3 (Third-Party Modules, Ad Delivery, and Analytics)

The App integrates Software Development Kits (SDKs) and third-party modules provided by the following external providers for ad delivery, access analysis, and app performance improvement. These third parties may automatically collect and use information, which will be managed in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

    Purpose: Ad delivery, personalized ads, ad effectiveness measurement

*Users can opt out of or disable tracking via advertising identifiers at any time through device settings (e.g., "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS, or "Reset/Delete Advertising ID" on Android).

Article 4 (Special Provisions for Users in the EEA and UK - GDPR Compliance)

  1. Obtaining Consent (CMP / UMP): The Developer obtains consent for processing personal data (use of cookies, ad identifiers, etc.) from users residing in the EEA (European Economic Area) and the UK using consent mechanisms such as the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK.
  2. Legal Basis: The Developer processes personal data based on user consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests (such as app improvement and fraud prevention).
  3. Exercise of Rights: Under the GDPR, users in applicable regions have the right to request access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of processing of, data portability of, and withdrawal of consent regarding their personal data. Article 5 (Special Provisions for Users in US States - CCPA/CPRA Compliance)

Under US state laws, including California, users have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. The App may transmit information such as ad identifiers through third-party ad modules like AdMob. Users can opt out through in-app settings or device privacy settings.

Article 6 (Security Management and Third-Party Provision)

  1. The Developer takes appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, destruction, or alteration of collected information.
  2. The Developer will not disclose or provide collected information to third parties except in the following cases:
    • When the user has given consent
    • When required by law
    • When necessary to protect human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent
    • In the case of automatic transmission to external module providers as described in Article 3

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Developer assumes no responsibility for personal information protection or content on third-party websites or services linked from the Developer's website or the App. Please check the privacy policies of the linked sites.

Article 8 (Changes to This Policy)

The Developer may change this Policy without prior notice due to changes in laws, app specification changes, or operational needs. The revised Policy will become effective upon being posted within the App or on the Developer's website.
